Usage & Dosage
Designed to be effective and convenient, Hempzilla’s CBD + CBD Nighttime Tincture comes in a 1 oz bottle. The bottle has a dropper for easy use before bed.
Recommended Dosage: Take a dropper full (1 mL) of the formula about an hour before bed. Place under the tongue for 30-90 seconds, and you’re all done!
